Recipe for Zucchini Chocolate Cake

Preparation

 

  1. Cream the 1st 4 ingredients
  2. Add Egg, Vanilla and Milk
  3. Mix in the remaining dry elements
  4. Pour into 9x13 cake pan and top with the Chocolate Chips
  5. Bake at 325 for 45 Minutes
 
 


¼ Cup of Margarine

 

¼ Cup of Shortning

 

½ Cup of Vegetable Oil

 

1 ½ Cups of Sugar

 

1 Egg

 

1 Tsp of Vanilla

 

½ Cup of Butter Milk

 

2 ½ Cups of Flour

 

4 Tablespoons of Cocoa

 

2 Teaspoons of Baking Soda

 

2 Shredded Zucchini’s                                      Topping of choice: 12 oz of Chocolate Chips!
